Dear Parent

Thank you for your interest in applying to Rugby School.  To REGISTER, you will need to create an account; this can be done by clicking on the Set up a New Account Button below. If you already have an account, please click on the Sign In Button below.

1. Please have ready your child's id page of their passport and latest school report, as you will be asked to upload these
2. Parents complete the online Registration Form by clicking on 'Register New Applicant' within the Parent Dashboard
3. Parents pay a non-refundable registration fee (cost subject to type of application) to cover the administration costs of the application.

Please Note:

• Standard Boarding applications for Year 9 entry for September 2026 are now closed.  To be considered for a Waiting List place, please email mh2@rugbyschool.net
• Standard Day applications for Year 9 entry for September 2026 (if your child is at a prep school) are now closed. For further information please email mdj@rugbyschool.net
• Day applications for Year 9 entry for September 2025 from candidates who are at a local secondary school, independent or grammar school are still welcome
• All applications for Year 12 entry for September 2025 are now closed.  To be considered for a Waiting List place, please email cls1@rugbyschool.net
